1. The service

ForgeBoard ("the service") is a project-management tool for game development, operated by Aurora Byte Games. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and the content you store. Keep your password secure.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy), who acts as merchant of record and handles taxes and invoicing. You can cancel anytime; paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the platform.

5. Your content

You own the content you create. We store it to provide the service and never sell it.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Aurora Byte Games is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
