The first title
The Lost Heir
Your parents served the royal household — honest, loyal work that put them close to power without ever being part of it. It was through them that you first set foot in the court, wide-eyed and out of place. But children don't care much for rank. The prince didn't either.
What started as an unlikely friendship became something more permanent. An invitation to stay. To be educated alongside him — history, languages, swordsmanship, diplomacy. You told yourself you'd return eventually. There was always a reason to stay a little longer.
Then the prince vanished. The court fell into chaos. And so you decided to return home.
But your family home is empty. The door unlocked, the hearth cold. Your parents are gone. Your sister — gone too, or so it seems. No note. No explanation. Just silence where your family used to be.
This is where your story begins. Not at court, not on a battlefield. Here, on the doorstep of a home that has been waiting for someone to come back to it.
You don't know what happened. But you're going to find out.
